Il raduno CIABS di Valeggio sul Mincio 2008
Nella suggestiva località di Borghetto di Valeggio sul Mincio ( VR ) si e’ svolto il 19 e 20 aprile 2008 il XXI° raduno del Club Italiano Amatori Bovari Svizzeri ( CIABS ). Quest’ anno il Club, nato il 27 marzo 1988 festeggiava il ventesimo anno di fondazione. Le razze dei Bovari Svizzeri rappresentate dal club sono quattro, il Bovaro dell’ Appenzell, il Bovaro del Bernese, il Bovaro dell’ Entlebuch ed il Grande Bovaro Svizzero tutte presenti al raduno.
Vasta partecipazione ed interesse per l’incontro con gli allevatori di sabato 19 sul tema ” Lo standard e la genetica ”
Domenica 20 aprile, una bellissima giornata di sole ha accompagnato i 159 Bovari Svizzeri partecipanti di cui 11 Appenzell, 126 Bernesi, 11 Entlebuch e 11 Grandi Bovar, provenienti da Italia, Austria, Ungheria, Francia, Slovenia, Croazia, Germania e Svizzera ai quali si sono aggiunti i numerosi amici che hanno partecipato alla sfilata di carretti tipici trainati dai Bovari del Bernese.
Le giudici del raduno si sono dichiarate felici di giudicare in Italia in un luogo così pittoresco e molto soddisfatte per l’alta qualità dei soggetti presenti.
Vincitore del XXI° raduno e Best in Show della manifestazione il Bovaro dell’ Appenzell color avana di nome Cesare.
